Project Manager and Engineering Manager position that we are looking to recruit for our Batam entity. This position will be direct hire 1.       Project Manager Job Description a.       Responsible for management of project assigned with overall accountability on project scope, deliverables, profitability, cost control, scheduling, quality and project resourcing. b.      Manage the financial (technical and budgetary) targets for the project. Implement and monitors cost control measures. c.       Interface with clients on project status, technical queries, commercial issues. d.      Coordinates with Engineering, Production, QA/QC, HSE on project execution. e.      Provide guidance, direction and coaching to project team (project engineer, planner, etc)   Requirements a.       Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. b.      E House experience in offshore application preferred. c.       Experience in cost control, project planning, client interface. d.      Familiar with oil and gas standars, preferablt offshore standards e.      Site Construction knowledge would be advantageous. f.        5 years experiences in project management. g.       Good communication skills in Bahasa and English. h.      1 year contract.   2.       Engineering Manager Job Description a.       Responsible for managig and trainign of the Engineering team. b.      Mainly focused on structural with some Electrical Engineering. c.       Manages engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Engineering design and drawing for packaging E-Houses. d.      Leads the technical interface with clients on specifications and during projects execution. e.      Ensuring proper technical reviews of Engineering design, drawing and documents upholding accuracy and compliance to contractual scope. f.        Develop and manage project Engineering Plans and work closely with the Project and Operation team throughout project execution. g.       Ensure engineeing department is operating in compliance to oil/gas industry standards. h.      Developing and strengthening Engineering capabilities and resources. Requirements a.       Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of E-house design. b.      Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering. c.       Oil and Gas industry experience, specifically in Engineering for packaging of E Houses. d.      Proactive, results driven and resourcefull. e.      Good interpersonal and communication skills. f.        Minimum 5 years supervisory experience. g.       Good communication skills in Bahasa and English. h.      Permanent Role.
